At Ethereal Wines we take the conditions, shipments and storage of every bottle with meticulous detail and care. It is for that reason that you can know that our wines are always stored and shipped in the proper temperature and climate. We strongly recommend utilizing temperature controlled trucks to ship your wine, but understand if you do not have the ability to receive these types of shipments. In Lieu of truck shipments we require the temperatures between our warehouse and your final destination to be no greater than 70 degrees Farhenheit. Should you elect for us to ship your wine you will be overriding our shipping policy and thus be unable to return the wine for any reasons.
Storage: We offer free storage for all of our customers until the proper weather permits shipping your wine. From that time we will notify you of proper shipping windows and you will have 45 days to have your wine shipped or you will be charged a storage fee on a monthly basis.
