Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is an error with your order please contact us immediately to bring your issues to our attention so that we can address your dissatisfaction. Each issue  will be addressed individually and resolved promptly.

In an effort to avoid long laps in time for disputes surrounding purchases and shipments, we cannot accept returns after 30 days from the date of shipment. Please note that if there is a dispute we will likely request both opened and unopened bottles to be returned. In the unfortunate event that a bottle or bottles of wine are damaged in transit we require that we be notified within 24 hours of that shipments receipt by you.  We do not accept returns for corked wines as we are not the source or cause of that experience. We are happy to explore the possibility of obtaining a credit and passing it back to you from our suppliers, but we cannot guarantee the likelihood that you will get a refund. We do not accept returns for any wines that are shipped to you if you choose to override our shipment policies.

Common disputes that we will gladly address would be :

1)    An incorrect bottle of wine was shipped to you.

2)    Bottle condition issues that are not consistent with described condition or provided pictures

3)    A shipping error to you at the fault of Ethereal Wines

4)    Damage to bottles during shipment

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
